 PSRP Phase 3 Merit List 2026: The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) and the School Education Department (SED) have officially initiated the announcement process for the Public School Reorganisation Program (PSRP) Phase 3. Over 20,000 applications were received for this phase to manage and functionalize approximately 2,735 outsourced government primary schools across Punjab.

​What is PSRP Phase 3?

​The Public School Reorganisation Program (PSRP) is a major initiative by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz and Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat aimed at outsourcing government schools with low enrollment or teacher shortages to private partners and ed-tech organizations. Phase 3 targets thousands of primary schools across all 36+ districts of Punjab, including Lahore, Kasur, Bahawalnagar, Multan, and Rawalpindi.

How to Check PSRP Phase 3 Selected Schools & Merit List

​The selection process goes through multiple evaluation steps, including technical data verification, applicant capability checks, and proximity verification.

​To check your application status and the final allocation list, follow these instructions:

​Visit the official portal of the Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) or the dedicated PSRP tracking page.  

​Navigate to the "PSRP Phase III Schools List" section.  

​Click on your respective district (e.g., Lahore, Kasur, Multan, Bahawalpur).  

​Open or download the PDF list containing the EMIS Codes, Allocated Partner Names, and School Selection Status.  

​### District-Wise PSRP Phase 3 List Available For:  

​Lahore Division: Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Nankana Sahib.  

​Bahawalpur Division: Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan.  

​Multan Division: Multan, Khanewal, Lodhran, Vehari.  

​Rawalpindi Division: Rawalpindi, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Murree.  

​(All other Punjab districts are active on the portal).  

​What to Do If Your Name is in the Selection List?

​If you or your organization has been shortlisted against an advertised school site:  

​Document Verification: Prepare your original educational degrees, police character certificates, and infrastructure agreements as per the revised Terms of Reference (TORs).  

​Grievance Redressal: If you face any issues regarding ranking or data errors, submit a grievance application to the PEF helpdesk immediately within the specified timeline.

​School Handing Over: Shortlisted licensees will sign an official agreement before formally taking over the administrative control of the school premises.
